Editorial Independence Policy

Coffeeteroo exists to serve readers, not manufacturers. Our editorial team works completely independently of any commercial partnerships.

1. No Paid Reviews or Sponsored Scoring

We never accept payment, free gear in exchange for positive coverage, or commercial influence over our review scores. If a machine is unreliable, frustrating to clean, or makes sour espresso, we state it plainly.

2. Clear Testing Labels

We only label equipment as "Tested by Coffeeteroo" when it has undergone our hands-on laboratory procedure. Products that have not been physically lab-tested are clearly marked as "Editorial recommendations".

3. Fact Verification and Price Auditing

We continuously audit merchant pricing, warranty terms, and UK spare parts availability so our buying advice reflects current British retail realities.
